StarTechnical was founded in 2000 by Jon Raymond with the idea to better serve companies frustrated by the one-size-fits-all approach to IT staffing. Greg Browning joined the firm a few months later as Vice President, sharing Jon's vision to create today's StarTechnical - client-driven, agile and committed to bringing IT talent together with the great businesses of the world.

As the founder of StarTechnical, Jon brings over 20 years of business and IT consulting
experience to his company. Prior to starting his own firm, he served as an Account Manager, Branch Manager and Regional VP while
growing a start-up consulting firm to over $100M in annual revenue. This experience proved to be invaluable in creating Jon's professional ideals, industry knowledge and focus on people that are the cornerstones of StarTechnical today. Building strong
relationships with clients, employees, and consultants ensures the long term success for all concerned.
Greg Browning Vice President
As Vice President of StarTechnical, Greg brings over 15 years of Information Technology staffing and consulting experience. Areas of expertise include Global IT recruitment, Management, and Sales. He has been an integral part of two successful start-ups and previously held positions as District Sales Manager and Manager HR/Sales for a Fortune 100 company. Greg became a Shareholder of StarTechnical in July 2009.
